系統(tǒng)簡介：
Brief introduction
全自動X射線工程車輪胎檢測系統(tǒng)是工程車輪胎專用檢測設(shè)備。該系統(tǒng)由高頻高壓X射線系統(tǒng)、數(shù)字成像系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械運(yùn)動系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、X射線防護(hù)系統(tǒng)、視頻監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)等組成。
The system is designed for OTR tire. It includes high frequency and voltage X-ray system, digital imaging system, mechanical motion system, tire identifying system, control system, X-ray protection system, video monitor system and so on.

■高精密機(jī)械運(yùn)動系統(tǒng)，使輪胎在檢測過程中具有較高的定位精度和速度控制，從而保證得到最好的圖像質(zhì)量。
The tire can be controlled accurately during the inspection cycle due to the high precision motion mechanism. It can offer an excellent image.
■采用 CMOS線性探測器，動態(tài)范圍 12 bit。

■采用移動的小車將輪胎自動送入鉛房，輪胎在小車上直接旋轉(zhuǎn)檢測的方式，從而避免了在鉛房內(nèi)用吊車起吊輪胎而損傷設(shè)備和人員的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
The tire can be placed at its inspecting position automatically by the moving loader, which avoids the risk caused by using the hoisting machine in the lead cabin.
